I think i found me a new favorite reactor!

There is an Ancient Alien theory that the Incas were Aliens and that their "Vanishing from Earth" was because they went home to their Planet of Origin. In the case of the "Aliens" in this video, they got home by the use of Sexual Energy. The poor Conquistador was loaded up with Aphrodisiacs and Sex to use his Libido to power the ship, apparently.

This could serve as a tool for generating powerful starting templates, giving you a head start with structure and concepts as a jumping off point. It would be a time saver and mainly used by people who wants to churn out product, so I feel it may in practice fulfill corporate pressures of meeting quotas.

Alex - first off, let me say you are the best and it's always a pleasure to see you post new videos. I think AI can serve as a good starting point, but ultimately, it's the human touch that takes it beyond AI. I was impressed with what AI was able to come up with as a starting point, but one should take those initial ideas as a starting point perhaps and then improve upon them. Great to see you and I hope life is treating you well!!

My thoughts I think AI has been among the electro swing genre for a while now, at least not for the music itself. There has been a lot of artist that used AI for thumbnails, promotional material, covers and more. AI is good for being a tool to help people flourish ideas, and to help them guide them to do something of their own. AI on it's own shouldn't be used as the final product. Swing, jazz and many more music require lots of love, to make you feel emotion, make you feel like you have to dance... give that job to AI and it's going to be emotionless, AI doesn't create things out of nowhere, it takes pieces of other existing pieces of content, and cuts, blends, and stitchs it together to make a frankeinstein. Thank you for bringing this up nonetheless, it's indeed fascinating and interesing to experiment with the technology, but I think we're reaching a point were this needs to bring people concern before it's too late.

That second song definitely started well then turned into poppy anthem club music. It sounds pretty flat, no dynamics or surprises. It sounds like pop music because pop is formulaic as well. There are too many lyrics (and they’re too coherent). I’m not sure I’d be able to pick it out as well as an AI image but that speaks more to the already generative nature of modern music.

I could see it as a tool, in between ideas and final product, maybe for a little while, until it gets good enough it can do the whole process itself... Yeah this is, I mean its cool, but its trained by taking music put hours and years of work into, and its that passion and creativity thats impressive But its not the artists that get the money made from their work, I can think AI art could work sure, just make a subscription, pay the artists a salary as long as their music is plugged into the system, and have people not able to monetize the music thats made from it and there you go, industrialized art theft just becomes industrialized art at least

You're back with more videos! ...just realised that my notifications didn't come through so I've missed a few! Anyway this is so cool! But like strange, but also fascinating! I'm so interested by all the AI stuff that's going on, I've used language models and image generators a fair bit already but this is the first time I've heard a full proper music generator! I can't believe how good it is really all things considered. I've just given it a go and it's really impressive I think. But in saying that it almost feels like what I think I'd call "generic" electro swing (which I'm hesitant to use as I don't want to imply that any out there are). But it's like it's trying to fit in too much electro swing in that it's not unique maybe? I'm not sure if I'm on the right track with properly thinking about it but I feel like pretty much all electroswing producers and musicians have their own unique sound and feel even if there are some similarities and crossovers sometimes where this is like all and neither. Maybe that's the uncanny valley feeling of it? Like it feels a little bit off but it's hard to pinpoint exactly with what. In saying that it's still pretty amazing and it is pretty cool to be able to generate electro swing music on the spot like that. I wonder if with this and other AI generators they will continue to sound "generic" in a way and maybe a bit bland at times, especially compared to real proper artists. But it's only going to get better and more accurate as it goes. So it will be very interesting to see what happens I think. I'd be quite interested to see if any producers will use AI as part of their music making process and if it's something that may help them explore different aspects of music making potentially.
